“Hilary brings her field work and academic work together in a way that’s clear and concise. There’s a part of DBT that forgets about the body. I would find myself doing all my skills and still coming up short, as I didn’t know how to BE with my body. I knew how to distract, but through this embodied mindfulness, I’ve learned how to widen my window of tolerance through Hilary’s practice. Life changing experience for me, and I’m so grateful to have done this.”
